Delivery & Returns
Our shipping policy is to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days from date of order.
The primary carrier we use is DPD and you will receive a Email or Text advising you of delivery date from themselves as well as the email from ourselves which advises you of dispatch date.
In the unusual circumstance of there being a delay we will contact you via Email or telephone to advise.
Returns / Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it for a smaller or larger bed, simply pop it back to us along with a covering note and we will get it swapped over for you!

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are free to return your product to us withing 14 days for a full refund (please note that we do not refund the cost of postage, unless the product is defective)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
